Slimming Piña Colada Chia Pudding

  • 3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

Add in all ingredients into a large mason jar. Stir ingredients together then cover and store overnight in your refrigerator. Enjoy your refreshing chia pudding the next morning!

Refreshing Pineapple Chia Popsicles

3 cups fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
1/4 cup water (or coconut water or coconut milk)
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

Grab a blender or food processor. Chop up a fresh pineapple into cubes (you may use frozen pineapple chunks also). Throw in all the ingredients into your blender or food processor, blend until smooth. Once your mixture is ready, pour your smoothie like liquid into each popsicle mold. Place popsicle molds into your freezer overnight and enjoy some refreshing and tummy-friendly pineapple chia popsicles the next day!

Sweet & Fibery Pineapple Chia Granola

1 ½ cups Chopped nuts (slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds)
1 cup Rolled oats
1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse
½ tsp. Ground cinnamon (optional)
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ cup Pure maple syrup

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Add all ingredients into a big mixing bowl, and begin to mix by using a rubber spatula. On the side, grab a cookie sheet and set a sheet of parchment paper on top. Once all ingredients are mixed in well, spread the mixture onto your parchment paper that is already on the cookie sheet. Once set, spread it out and place it into the oven.  Bake for 20 minutes. Flip granola then bake for an additional 5-15 minutes.
