I use this as part of my daily routine. Before I got to bed, I take a scoop, mix it with water, that is it... and well, it keeps everything moving regularly. I find if I forget a couple days it is ok, my body is fine, but as soon as I get back into the routine I feel better the next morning. It is gritty in texture. If you are looking for the kind of fiber that dissolves clearly into water, this is not it. If you don't like gritty, just prepare yourself. It is still worth it, but until you fell the benefits, you may have to drink something you aren't as fond of. It is worth it.
