Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. Almond milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup vegan butter
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 ¾ cup All purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Proteini

 

Instructions:

Begin by grabbing your food processor (recipe can be done with regular bowl and mixing spoon but it takes a little longer). Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put all dry ingredients first into your food processor. Then add in wet ingredients. Once all ingredients are in, set your food processor to a “dough” or low setting. Once your dough is ready, you can either roll it out and cut out cookies using a cookie cutter or simply scoop out a spoon full and roll it into a ball and place it on the cookie sheet. Place batch of cookies into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Let cool then enjoy!
