Ingredients:
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. Baking powder
- ¼ tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 dash of Cinnamon
- 1 scoop of Vegan Vanilla Proteini
- ¾ cup Soymilk
- ½ tsp. Apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 large egg (use egg replacer if vegan)
- ¼ cup Vegan butter
*Optional- add cocoa powder for chocolate flavored donuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Heat all wet ingredients on a saucepan until butter melts completely.
Once butter melts, pour wet ingredients into dry ingredient bowl and mix until smooth (dough may develop a sticky texture). Spray donut pan with coconut oil spray then pour batter into donut pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool then serve.
