4 scoops Vegan Vanilla Proteini
1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse
1 large ripe banana, mashed
⅛ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 large eggs
- First, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Mix the egg whites with a handmixer until finely whipped.
- Fold in Proteini powder, Pineapple Chia Cleanse, banana, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Add in beaten egg yolks at the end.
- Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter into a hot buttered skillet and heat approximately 60-90 seconds on each side. Continue to make the cakes until the batter is gone.
- Serve immediately, with fresh fruit toppings.
