Banana Proteini Pancakes

This recipe calls for matching jammies. Enjoy these banana pancakes with a twist- it's chock full of fiber AND protein!


4 scoops Vegan Vanilla Proteini

1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

1 large ripe banana, mashed

 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

2 large eggs



  • First, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Mix the egg whites with a handmixer until finely whipped.
  • Fold in Proteini powder, Pineapple Chia Cleanse, banana, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Add in beaten egg yolks at the end.
  • Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter into a hot buttered skillet and heat approximately 60-90 seconds on each side. Continue to make the cakes until the batter is gone.
  • Serve immediately, with fresh fruit toppings.
