Customer Creation - MCT oil is created by processing coconut or palm kernel oils, and it primarily consists of saturated fat, and it has been shown to support weight and fat loss. It should only be used by the teaspoon or tablespoon, and it is advised that you don’t use it if you have liver damage or liver disease.
