Pineapple Chia Banana Bread

1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

1¾ cup all-purpose flour

2 large ripe bananas

2 whole eggs (use egg replacer if vegan)

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup almond milk

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

*Optional add-on: walnuts or pecans


Preheat oven to 350°F. Mash bananas in separate bowl. Mix all ingredients with the mashed bananas. Bake for 50 minutes.

Let cool for 30 mins or more. Cut and serve.
