Fresh Pressed Greens Salad Dressing

1 scoop Organic Pressed Greens

1/3 cup tahini

1-2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1/2 cup chopped green onions

2 tablespoons tamari sauce (optional coco aminos)

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Salt and pepper

2 cloves of garlic

1/4 cup avocado oil

1/3 of an avocado

*Add 2 tablespoons water to make a thinner consistency for dressing


Pourr in all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth then serve on top of a fresh bed of salad. Refrigerate unused dressing in a sealed container.
