Iced Proteini Coffee



2 cups of ice

¾ cup Almond milk

1 cup cold coffee

1 frozen banana

1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Proteini


Make your favorite coffee (preferably cold). Then add in all of your ingredients into a blender. Blend, pour and drink!

PB Protein Cookies


2 tbsp. Almond milk

¼ cup maple syrup

½ cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup vegan butter

1 tsp. Baking powder

½ cup coconut sugar

1 ¾ cup All purpose flour

½ tsp. Salt 

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Proteini

Begin by grabbing your food processor (recipe can be done with regular bowl and mixing spoon but it takes a little longer). Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put all dry ingredients first into your food processor. Then add in wet ingredients. Once all ingredients are in, set your food processor to a “dough” or low setting. Once your dough is ready, you can either roll it out and cut out cookies using a cookie cutter or simply scoop out a spoon full and roll it into a ball and place it on the cookie sheet. Place batch of cookies into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Let cool then enjoy!

The Ultimate Superfood Protein Smoothie


1 cup Almond milk

1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Proteini

½ Banana

½ cup Frozen riced cauliflower

1 tbsp. Peanut butter

½ cup Blueberries

1 tbsp. Chia seeds

1 Frozen block Acai

Grab your blender and throw in all ingredients. Pour milk last.
Blend and enjoy.



Protein Lover Waffles


1 cup All-purpose flour

¼ cup Oats

¼ tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Cocoa powder

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1 cup Almond milk

1 Flax egg

2 large ripe Bananas

2 ½ tsp. Baking powder

1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Proteini

1 can Coconut oil spray

What you will need: Heart-shaped or regular waffle iron.

First, grab a large mixing bowl and add in all of your dry ingredients.
Next, use a small bowl to mix your egg replacer. Once your egg replacer is ready, add in all of your wet ingredients into your large mixing bowl that contains your dry ingredients. Don’t forget about mashing your bananas! Then, stir all ingredients until smooth. Allow batter to rest while your waffle iron heats up.
Finally, once your waffle iron is heated, spray the iron evenly with coconut oil spray, and pour in your batter. When your waffle iron flashes green, waffles are ready to be served!

Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes


2 ripe Bananas

2 cups of rolled oats

2 scoops of Vegan Vanilla Proteini

½ tbsp chia seeds

1 ½ cups of Almond milk

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Earth balance vegan butter

First, grab a large mixing bowl where you will add in all of your dry ingredients first (oats, Proteini, chia seeds and pumpkin pie spice). Then start to add in your wet ingredients (almond milk, and pumpkin purée).  Next, mash your 2 ripe bananas into your batter and mix until smooth. Once batter is ready, spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray or with Earth Balance vegan butter (adds more flavor to your pancakes). Finally begin to pour your batter into small pancake-like circles. Once your pancakes start bubbling, flip them to cook the other side fully. Once done, serve immediately with some maple syrup or any pancake toppings that you prefer and enjoy!
Pumpkin Protein Lovers Muffin


15 oz. organic canned pumpkin

⅓ cup melted coconut oil

½ cup Almond milk

½ cup brown sugar

1 ¾ cup All purpose flour

1 tbsp. Baking powder

2 scoops Vegan Vanilla Proteini

2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice

¼ tsp. salt

Optional toppings: coconut whip cream, maca drizzle and cacao nibs.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix wet ingredients (pumpkin, coconut oil, almond milk) first in a large mixing bowl, then add in dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, Proteini, pumpkin pie spice, and salt)  and whisk until smooth. Once the batter is ready, grab your muffin tin and fill each cup about ⅔ full. Then bake for 22- 24 minutes. Let cool then serve.

Oh So Sweet Proteini Donuts


1 cup All-purpose flour

½ cup Sugar

1 ½ tsp. Baking powder

¼ tsp. Nutmeg

1 dash of Cinnamon

1 scoop of Vegan Vanilla Proteini

¾ cup Soymilk

½ tsp. Apple cider vinegar

½ tsp. Vanilla extract

1 large egg (use egg replacer if vegan)

¼ cup Vegan butter

*Optional- add cocoa powder for chocolate flavored donuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Heat all wet ingredients on a saucepan until butter melts completely. Once butter melts, pour wet ingredients into dry ingredient bowl and mix until smooth (dough may develop a sticky texture). Spray donut pan with coconut oil spray then pour batter into donut pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool then serve.

Peppermint Hot Chocolate with a Twist


1 ½ cups Coconut milk

1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Proteini

2 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa powder

¾ tsp. Peppermint extract

½ tsp Pure vanilla extract

½ tsp Cinnamon

Grab a saucepan and place on your stove top. Heat your Coconut milk in the saucepan on medium heat. Once milk is warm, begin to add in your powders and remaining ingredients (peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and cinnamon). Stir until all ingredients have blended into your milk. When ready pour into a mug and enjoy!
