1 ½ tsp. Baking powder

2 tbsp. Cocoa powder

¼ tsp. Salt

1 ½ tsp. Vanilla extract

Once all ingredients are added in mix until smooth. You may use a hand mixer if you choose to mix your batter that way, or whisk on your own. Once batter is smooth, fill in your cupcake tins about ¾ full to avoid spillage and just enough to fluff the cupcake. Next put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Once cupcakes are done, let them cool for a few minutes then frost or serve without icing.
