Proteini Hot Chocolate

Put your fuzzy socks on and cozy up with a warm mug full of Vegan Vanilla Proteini hot chocolate!

Ingredients:

1 scoop Vanilla Proteini

1 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder

1 cup nut milk of your choice

Honey or agave syrup, to taste


Directions:

  • Heat up your choice of nut milk in the microwave or in a saucepan until hot.
  • Once hot, remove half of the nut milk into your mug. Then add the cacao powder and Vanilla Proteini into the remaining milk in the saucepan and use a frother to combine.
  • Add the frothed hot chocolate into the mug with the other half of the nutmilk. Top with dairy free whipped cream or your favorite festive toppings, and enjoy!


Banana Proteini Pancakes

This recipe calls for matching jammies. Enjoy these banana pancakes with a twist- it’s chock full of fiber AND protein!

Ingredients:

4 scoops Vegan Vanilla Proteini

1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

1 large ripe banana, mashed

⅛ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

2 large eggs

 

Directions:

  • First, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Mix the egg whites with a handmixer until finely whipped.
  • Fold in Proteini powder, Pineapple Chia Cleanse, banana, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Add in beaten egg yolks at the end. 
  • Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter into a hot buttered skillet and heat approximately 60-90 seconds on each side. Continue to make the cakes until batter is gone.
  • Serve immediately, with fresh fruit toppings. 

Vanilla Proteini Mug Cakes 

Say what? Cake in a microwave- is there anything more convenient? Try out this delicious vanilla mug cake and beat your cravings and keep your healthy habits on track!



Ingredients:

1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Proteini

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon coconut flour

1 tablespoon coconut sugar

1/2 cup nut milk of choice

Tip: vanilla is such a versatile flavor! Feel free to experiment with some of your favorite flavors: cinnamon, cacao, fresh fruits, and so many more!


Directions:

  • Combine all the ingredients and pour into greased mugs, about half way full.
  • Microwave for 1-2 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean, let cool to room temperature and enjoy!



Peanut Butter Cookies

If you want to be the most popular person in the house, try pulling a tray of warm peanut butter cookies out of the oven! Secret is, these cookies are packed full of protein AND fiber, so you can enjoy your treats and know that they are good for you too!

Ingredients:

2 scoops Vegan Vanilla Proteini

1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

2 eggs

2 tablespoons almond milk

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1¾ cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan, or use parchment paper with some cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl until batter is smooth. Consistency will be thick.
  • Scoop a small size out and roll until a small ball is formed.
  • Using a fork, make the traditional criss-cross across the top, flattening the cookie out.
  • Bake in the oven on the middle rack for 10-13 minutes or until cookies turn a slightly golden brown color.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before eating.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Gingerbread Proteini Smoothie

Savor a creamy, spicy, gingerbread smoothie. This is just what you need to satisfy your holiday cravings.

Ingredients:

1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Proteini

1.5 cups nut milk of your choice

1 banana, frozen

2 pitted dates

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 cup ice cubes


Directions:

Add all of the ingredients into your blender, blend and enjoy!
