Start Your Morning the SMART Way

It’s 6 a.m and you hear your alarm go off...ugh!

We know what it’s like to be rushing every morning and dashing through the door without having a bite to eat. We also know what it’s like to find the convenience of a drive-thru coffee shop to grab your “breakfast” that’s loaded with empty carbs and filled with sugar.

Yup, we’ve been there.

That’s why we developed our Vegan Vanilla Proteini to ensure that you get the best nutrition possible even if you don’t have time to have a sit-down breakfast or maybe you just want to avoid those daily crashes from your sugar packed drive-thru breakfast.

“But I thought protein was only for people that workout?”

You don’t have to be an athlete to drink our plant-based protein, nor do you need to be a busy mom that’s always on-the-go. It’s made for anyone who wants to have a healthy start to their day with minimal time to make a nutritious breakfast.

Let us explain...

Did you know that most plant proteins aren't complete proteins? Meaning that they are missing key amino acids to be optimally absorbed by your body. However, we’ve managed to make our plant protein a complete protein by combining pea protein, brown rice protein, hemp protein and cranberry seed protein, and superfoods like maca, chia seeds, sacha inchi nuts along with the nutrient powerhouses of organic quinoa and chickpea sprouts.

That’s great, but what does that mean?

Let’s dive in.

Plant proteins

Peas are one of the best sources for plant-based protein. One serving of green peas gives you 9g of protein along with a healthy chunk of vitamin A, C, K, thiamine, folate and manganese. All of which can positively benefit your overall health.  Along with Peas, Hemp seeds also contain a good amount of complete, highly-digestible protein, as well as health-promoting essential fatty acids in a ratio optimal for human health.

Contains both soluble and insoluble fibers.

Soluble fibers:  increases the consistency of the contents of your intestine and slows down your digestion rate.

Insoluble fibers: allows more water to bind to the stools, increases their bulk and results in softer stools. This is useful for preventing constipation.

Nature’s best Superfoods

One of our favorite superfoods is Chia seeds. This little powerhouse seed is jam packed with iron, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and other vitamins and minerals that can benefit your overall health. Plus, almost all the carbs in them are fiber, so don’t worry about the grams of carbs in Chia seeds.

Now, that you’ve learned all about some ingredients in our organic Vegan Vanilla Proteini, how about trying it out for breakfast (recipe below)? If blending is too much for your daily routine, just grab a shaker bottle, add some water, pour in your protein, shake and go.
