Light, Clean and Healthy Recipes

As the new year rolls in, we all want to make healthier choices, especially after all the holiday treats.


We want you to feel your absolute best as the new year begins, so we’ve created 4 new and easy recipes that are sure to help you feel lighter, cleaner, and healthier!

Because, well...who doesn’t want to feel healthier?

 

1. Super Greens Avo Lime Dressing


Ingredients:


⅓ cup Tahini

1-2 tbsp. Chopped parsley

½ cup Chopped green onions

2 tbsp. Tamari sauce (optional coco aminos)

2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp. Lemon juice

¼ - ½ tsp. Salt and pepper

2 Cloves of garlic

¼ cup Avocado oil

1 scoop Pressed greens

⅓ of an Avocado


*Add 2 tbsp. Water to make a thinner consistency for dressing


Instructions:
Grab a food processor and pour in all ingredients.
Blend until smooth then serve on top of a fresh bed of salad.
Refrigerate unused dressing in a sealed container.

 

2. Sweet Fibery Granola


Ingredients:


1 ½ cups Chopped nuts (slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds)

1 cup Rolled oats

1 scoop Pineapple Chia

½ tsp. Ground cinnamon (optional)

¼ tsp. Salt

¼ cup Pure maple syrup


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add ingredients to a big mixing bowl, and begin to mix using a rubber spatula.
On the side, grab a cookie sheet and set a sheet of parchment paper on top.
Once all ingredients are mixed in well, spread the mixture onto your parchment paper that is already on the cookie sheet. Once set, spread it out and place it into the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes. Flip granola then bake for an additional 5-15 minutes.

 

3. Pineapple Chia Pudding



Ingredients:


2 cups Unsweetened Almond milk (or coconut milk)

½ cup Chia seeds

1 scoop Pineapple Chia

2 tsp. Vanilla extract

1 tbsp. Pure maple syrup


Instructions:
Grab a mason jar and pour in all ingredients. Mix well then cover and refrigerate.
*Lasts up to 5 days refrigerated

 

4. Superfoods Proteini Smoothie



Ingredients:


1 cup Almond milk

1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Proteini

½ Banana

½ cup Frozen riced cauliflower

1 tbsp. Peanut butter

½ cup Blueberries

1 tbsp. Chia seeds

1 Frozen block Acai


Instructions:
Grab your blender and throw in all ingredients. Pour milk last.
Blend and enjoy.
