Ingredients:


Instructions:

Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor (either appliance will work). Blend, then pour onto a bowl and add toppings of choice. Then serve immediately to prevent melting and enjoy!



Chocolate Beets Bowl

Ingredients:

Add ice cubes for creamier texture.


Instructions:

Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth then pour onto a bowl and add toppings of choice. We recommend adding any of the following: coconut chips, dark chocolate chips, peanut butter or granola for healthy fats. Serve and enjoy!



Mango Pineapple Chia

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 cup frozen Mango
  • 1 cup frozen Pineapple
  • ⅓ cup Coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse

Instructions:

Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor. For a thinner texture add more milk. For a thicker texture add recommended milk amount. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour smoothie onto a bowl then add toppings of choice. We recommend toppings such as coconut chips and granola. Then serve and enjoy!

Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor. For a thinner texture add more milk. For a thicker texture add recommended milk amount. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour smoothie onto a bowl then add toppings of choice. We recommend adding chia seeds for an extra fat add-in. Then serve and enjoy!
