Easy Clean Eating Recipes

Cleansing can be boring - we get it.


But that doesn’t mean you have to suffer through your cleanse without having actual food. Most juice cleanses don’t allow you to eat any meals for days on in, but we do, because - food is life!  

We want you to feel your absolute best while cleansing and still get to enjoy delicious foods that are considered “clean eats”. 


In this blog post, we’ll show you how to eat clean while on a juice cleanse. Each recipe contains one of our organic juice powders that is provided in each of our juice cleanse boxes. You can choose from a 1-day3-day or 7-day cleanse. If you’re not ready for a cleanse but still want to eat clean, you can still incorporate these recipes into your daily routine with your favorite juice! Pineapple Chia Fresca


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped Pineapple pieces
  • 2 tbsp. Agave syrup
  • 2 limes (juice)
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. (chia seeds for extra chia) -optional- 
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 1 scoop Pineapple chia


Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together, then pour into a glass and enjoy!

 

Protein Pancakes


Ingredients:


Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients first into a mixing bowl then add in wet ingredients. Once all ingredients are in the mixing bowl either use a hand mixer or food processor to blend ingredients which will then create a pancake mixture. Once batter is smooth, lightly spray your pan with coconut oil spray or with vegan butter and pour in your batter. Flip pancakes when batter begins to show bubbles. After pancakes are done. Serve and enjoy!

 

Beet power balls


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Revive Beets + Roots
  • 2 Pitted dates
  • 1 tsp. Cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. Chia seeds
  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • ½ cup Nut butter

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a food processor. Once mixture is ready, grab a spoon full of “dough” and roll into little balls. Sprinkle with coconut shreds for topping. Set power ball into a container and place in fridge to allow power balls to harden or consume right away. Serve and enjoy!
Tropical Greens Popsicles


Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 scoop Pressed Greens
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend then pour into popsicle molds. Once molds are filler. Place container into the freezer and allow popsicles to freeze for about 8 hours or overnight. When you’re ready to eat your popsicle, place the mold under running warm water for about 20 seconds to loosen the popsicle. Enjoy your refreshing and highly nutritious popsicle!
