Pineapple Chia Cleanse

Daily Pineapple Chia Cleanse:

  • 1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse
  • 8 oz chilled liquid- your choice of water or coconut water

Creamy Pineapple Chia Cleanse and Nut Milk:

  • 1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse
  • 8 oz nut milk- your choice of almond milk, cashew milk or coconut milk

Shake or blend and consume immediately with a straw. Since this is a sprouted fiber drink, contents may settle so keep stirring as you drink!

Pineapple Chia Pudding:

  • 1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse
  • 3 oz nut milk- your choice of almond milk, cashew milk or coconut milk
  • Optional: 1 dash vanilla extract

Mix contents together in a bowl, refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Eat contents with a spoon, adding spices as desired.

Chocolate Chia Cleanse:

  • 1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse
  • 8 oz nut milk- your choice of almond milk, cashew milk or coconut milk
  • 1 T Organic Cocoa
  • Crushed ice for texture

Mango Banana Cleanse:

  • 1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse
  • 8 oz liquid- your choice of water, coconut water, almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 banana
  • Crushed ice for texture

Melon Chia Cleanse:

  • 1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse
  • 8 oz liquid- your choice of water, coconut water, almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh honeydew or cantaloupe chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh peach
  • Crushed ice for texture

Kiwi Chia Cleanse:

  • 1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse
  • 8 oz liquid- your choice of water, coconut water, almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 kiwi
  • Handful of organic strawberries
  • Optional: 2 T honey
  • Crushed ice for texture
