- 1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse
- 8 oz liquid- your choice of water, coconut water, almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh honeydew or cantaloupe chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh peach
- Crushed ice for texture
Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor (either appliance will work). Blend, then pour into a glass and add toppings of choice. Then serve immediately and enjoy!
