Slimming Pineapple Chia Popsicles


  • 3 cups fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup water (or coconut water or coconut milk)
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse



Grab a blender or food processor. Chop up a fresh pineapple into cubes (you may use frozen pineapple chunks also). Throw in all the ingredients into your blender or food processor, blend until smooth. Once your mixture is ready, pour your smoothie like liquid into each popsicle mold. Place popsicle molds into your freezer overnight and enjoy some refreshing and tummy-friendly pineapple chia popsicles the next day!
