    Ingredients:

    *optional add Stevia for extra sweetener

     

    Method:

    • Puree chopped Pineapple in a food processor with tapioca starch. 
    • Pour puree in saucepan and stir on medium heat. 
    • Cook for approximately 10 minutes and allow water to evaporate. Stir continuously so jam doesn’t burn. 
    • Once done, pour in a glass container, let cool or store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
