Ingredients:
Puree chopped Pineapple in a food processor with tapioca starch. Pour puree in saucepan and stir on medium heat. Cook for approximately 10 minutes and allow water to evaporate. Stir continuously so jam doesn’t burn. Once done, pour in a glass container, let cool or store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
