Sweet Fiber-rich Granola


  • 1 ½ cups Chopped nuts (slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Pineapple Chia
  • ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon (optional)
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ cup Pure maple syrup



Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Add ingredients to a big mixing bowl, and begin to mix using a rubber spatula. On the side, grab a cookie sheet and set a sheet of parchment paper on top. Once all ingredients are mixed in well, spread the mixture onto your parchment paper that is already on the cookie sheet. Once set, spread it out and place it into the oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip granola then bake for an additional 5-15 minutes.
