Roasted Broccolini and Sea Bass


  • 1 bunch broccolini

  • 2 T organic extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 6 oz sea bass filets

  • Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Toss the broccolini, oil and 1/4 tsp salt and pepper on a large baking sheet. Roast for 5 minutes. Season the fish with red pepper and 1/4 tsp salt and pepper. Push the broccolini to the side of the baking sheet and place the fish in the center. Roast until the fish is cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Serve the broccolini, fish, cilantro and lime wedges.
