Berry Bliss Bowl

Smoothie Mix:

  • 1 1/2 cups berry mix or fresh/frozen fruit mix of choice

  • 1 1/2 fresh (or frozen) banana

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 3 - 4 ice cubes (use if you did not use frozen banana)

  • OPTIONAL 2T almond or natural peanut butter or 1 scoop of our Vanilla Proteini

In blender, place berry mix, banana, nut butter, water, and ice cubes (if using frozen banana, omit ice cubes and add 1/4 cup water, with additional water as needed). Blend until it reaches a thick and creamy consistency. You may need a little extra water if adding Vanilla Proteini. Top with nuts and seeds for extra protein!
